Lesser, Newman & Nasser’s lawyers have been publicly recognized by their peers for their excellence in complex legal cases since the establishment of the firm in 1973. The three partners have combined litigation experience of more than 100 years.

We have distinguished ourselves in the legal community through the quality of our work, dedication to our clients and the excellent results we have obtained on their behalf.

Lesser, Newman & Nasser, LLP is rated as an “AV” law firm in the benchmark Martindale–Hubbell Legal Directory, its highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics.

From 2008 to the present, Tom Lesser, William Newman and Merry Nasser have all been named as “Massachusetts Super Lawyers” each year, while their associate Michael Aleo was named as a 2012 “Rising Star under 40” in the annual list published by the Thompson Reuters rating service.
