William Newman has served as the Director of the Western Regional Law Office of the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts since 1987, and Thomas Lesser is one of three Massachusetts lawyers who belong to the First Amendment Lawyers Association.

Municipal Law

We represent individuals and entities before municipal boards and commissions on special permits, variances, and other related matters.
